The Kenya Medical Training College (KMTC) has released an official notice to all graduating students with details on the upcoming 94th graduation ceremony and certificate collection process.
In the announcement made on Wednesday, November 12, the institution advised all graduands to verify their names on the provisional graduation list, now available on the KMTC website (www.kmtc.ac.ke).
“KMTC is pleased to inform graduating students that the 94th Graduation Ceremony will be held on Thursday, December 4, 2025,” the notice reads in part.
KMTC emphasized that students must confirm the spelling and order of their names on the list.
Any corrections must be submitted through the provided link by 12:00 pm on Friday, November 14, 2025. Late submissions will attract a KSh 5,000 fee.
The College further clarified that only adjustments to spelling or order will be accepted ; no new names can be added or deleted. The verified name must match the one appearing on the student’s record in the College ERP system, admission letter, and National ID card.
Graduands are also required to pay a non-refundable graduation fee of KSh 4,000 through the Jiunge platform by the same deadline.
The medical college say it does not accept cash payments and detailed payment instructions are available on it’s website.
Gown Collection and Rehearsal Schedule
Graduation gowns will be issued from Monday, November 17, to Friday, November 28, 2025, on weekdays between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm.
Students must present their clearance forms, payment receipts, and original National ID to collect the gowns.
All gowns must be returned by Wednesday, December 17, 2025. Late returns will attract a penalty of KSh 100 per day.
The 94th graduation ceremony will take place at the Moi International Sports Centre, Kasarani, Nairobi, starting at 8:00 am on Thursday, December 4, 2025.
A mandatory rehearsal will be held at the same venue on Wednesday, December 3, 2025.
Certificate Collection
KMTC also announced that graduates will be able to collect their certificates starting Monday, December 8, 2025, from the KMTC Headquarters in Nairobi, between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm on weekdays.
Attendees of the graduation ceremony are deemed to have given consent for photography and videography during the event, in line with the Data Protection Act, Cap. 411C.
